Nathan Colburn loves East Nashville and is proud to call it home. Nathan is a transplant to the area from Bowling Green, KY. He plays Bluegrass and Americana music. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre.

In 2009 Nathan graduated from the Appalachian School of Law. While at ASL he received honors for Moot Court and community service. He also was the production editor of the school’s Natural Resource Journal. Thereafter, he opened his practice in Nashville so he could immerse himself in the arts community and practice law.


Nathan has a general litigation based practice that ranges from personal injury, entertainment disputes, business transactions and litigation, divorces, adoptions and juvenile matters, criminal defense, property disputes, wills, probate and appeals.


Nathan is a member of the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (TACDL) and is a 2011 graduate of the TACDL Trial College. His criminal practice ranges from drug and DUI charges to homicide and sex crimes. In his civil practice Nathan has recovered significant sums of money for his clients. Nathan’s focus is making sure his clients are informed of their rights, duties and case potential. Nathan zealously advocates his client’s position in all trial and pre-trial matters. He has helped many people and looks forward to helping many more.


Chad Davidson is a Nashville native, born in Brentwood and currently living in East Nashville. His practice is a general one, including: personal injury and tort litigation, appellate practice, worker’s compensation, collection work, wills and criminal law.

Chad is a litigation attorney who can often be found in court. The courts in which he regularly appears include all Davidson County Criminal Courts, Civil Courts (both Circuit and Chancery) as well as the Tennessee Court of Appeals. His work is primarily focused in Davidson County, but he has appeared in all surrounding Middle Tennessee jurisdictions as well as many throughout the state and does so whenever required. Chad is licensed to practice in the Federal Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. In 2011, Chad was one of only nine Davidson County attorneys to receive the Nashville Bar Association’s “Home-run Hitter” Award for his outstanding community service.


In his representation, Chad strives to keep his clients well-informed of their options in accomplishing their legal objectives. Chad also prides himself on zealously representing each client while giving each the attention that he or she deserves.


Chad attended Montgomery Bell Academy for high school, where he graduated with honors. He attended college at Vanderbilt University, where he graduated with a major in Economics and minor in Psychology. He graduated from Loyola Law School in New Orleans in 2005, and returned home to Tennessee to practice law. Passing the bar in 2005, Chad practiced law at an insurance defense firm in Nashville for over four years before starting his own practice. He is currently an active member of the Nashville Bar Association.

Chad loves the East Nashville community, enjoying its many foods and features with friends and family. Whether it is watching sports, playing softball or golf, or reading science fiction, Chad is always a short ride from his downtown office, located only a block away from both Davidson County Criminal and Civil Courthouses.
